i like only one thing it is a quiet place

i do not like it for maney reason 1- it is far from all attractions areas 2- not dlean at all I do not use the towell very dirty 3 - one of the room in my apartment no aircondition so they br ing fan I dont use it 4 - refrigarator very old not cold 5 -finaly i will recomend this residence to any body and it should be removed from booking . com

The Hotel was very quite. Rooms are specious. We reserved two bedroom apartment, but when we checked in they gave us a three bedroom apartment. The hotel staff (especially Ms. Gul) were very nice and helpful.

The hotel location is not clear, even local taxis do not know the location.

The best thing about the residence is its location, since it is in the asian side of istanbul, where it is more peaceful, quite and less crowded. The neighborhood was very comfortable and relaxing.

The hotel is having poor facilities. Also, the one of the main disadvantages is that they dont have any information desk or tourism helpdesk to tell us about the attractions in istanbul or location maps.

It didn’t feel like a hotel at all. Every evening, when we where turning back to it after our touring, it was like we were going home… Situated in a residential and quiet area, big building with spacious apartments, well equipped, safe underground parking for our car, It was a home away from home… and the price was more than fair…The connection to the highway of the 1st Bridge of Bosporus was very easy to reach, but if you are not familiar with driving in big cities and highways, you should do some homework on the available maps on the net before going there…

Everything about the residence was as expected and we have nothing to comment as a dislike.

I guess because of the availability, they gave us dublex - 3 bedroom apartment even we had reservation for a single room suite and told us they are treating us; as a new year's gift. Staff were pretty helpful on any issue and also the system of the hotel was great; they have huge rooms, internet acseess, a kitchen with all necessary equipments (including wine glasses, cutlery, pots and pans,even salt and pepper). The location of the hotel was perfect, and quiet, like a hidden spot in the middle of city center.

Everything was just perfect, maybe there's a chance that you can have difficulties in finding the hotel in the fisrt place, however google earth was pretty helpful for us.

The rooms were very big, and cleaning service was excellent, very quite hotel, very close to very good restaurant.

Reception area need to be renovated. The location of the hotel is far from taksim area. In fact it's not too far but because of traffic you will suffer.If you want to stay at this hotel you should do same like what I did, rent a car.

Quiet locatiion, secure underground parking, helpful hotel staff, very clean/comfortable apartment, daily maid service

without a sat-nav it was qute difficult to find the first time but once you were familiar with the area it was easier

The great staff hospitality and kind support, peacefull nighberhood, big appartment space, good facilities
